The comfort and luxury you get on the inside of this Overlander 590 Custom camper are matched only by the rugged, all-terrain capabilities of its exterior!
Sitting at a total length of 7.30m (and with a body lengths of 5.90m) this camper weighs in at 2200kgs. The galvanised steel ladder frame chassis holds robust double axle independent suspension, a three-ton German brake system and four body stabilisers.
It’s also carrying two slide-out stabilisers, a heavy-duty nose wheel and two recovery points. This model boasts five 16” mags, and five premium 245x70R16 Appollo Aptera tyres. The camper itself is made from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) with a 20mm closed cell foam as the core and then finished off with a Raptor sprayed finish.
Six double-glazed windows with integrated blinds and insect screens let in plenty of sunshine. The windows are canopy style and can be left open during the rain. Our specially engineered door system is unique in that it incorporates a triple dead bolted lock system on a high security screen door.
The screen door features a stainless-steel powder coated #6 woven mesh with .040 wire. These materials are totally impervious to both large animals and prying tools. This allows you to sleep in safety with the outer door open in hot weather, which has traditionally been a big problem for off-road campers.
The door also features our fine mesh bug screen on the outside.
The two entrance steps with a foldaway handrail flank a well-appointed outdoor kitchen area. The wide kitchen locker, with a spacious counter, includes drawers, shelves, and a two-plate gas burner hob. The double sink makes for convenient food preparation and clean up, meaning gourmet meals are easily within your reach. Four extra outdoor storage lockers for tables, chairs and all those camping gadgets.
Extra comfort is provided by a large Aluminised Rip-tech Rally awning, which can be enhanced with our selection of custom extras to suit your exact needs. There’s also a spare wheel and optional jerry cans with holders to prepare for every eventuality. You can even upgrade your exterior with an optional solar setup to keep you powered up in even the most remote locations.

Centred around a luxury, queen-sized slide-out bed that’s specifically designed with natural fibres to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, your cabin boasts an elegantly minimal style. Modern, apartment-style interiors with crisp, curated finishings welcome you into a perfect night’s sleep.
The interior storage includes marine-standard carpentry cupboards with both hanging and shelving spaces. This camper is ventilated by six double glazed windows, two large roof vents and optional 12V fan units, which means that you always have fresh air.
The model cpmes standard with a 12VDC 223L National Luna fridge-freezer to keep all your supplies fresh and at their best.
The bathroom comes complete with a full-size shower with an integrated seat and shower door, as well as a bathroom vanity mirror, basin and an electric cassette toilet that is plumbed into the water supply wherever your adventure takes you.
We’ve spared no expense here, equipping your Camper with high end fittings so you’re consistently surrounded by luxury. This model comes standard with a 14L dual gas and electric Hansen geyser and water pressure pump, so you never have to start your day without a steaming hot shower. Grey water can be pumped to a grey water tank.
